Mr. Alfonso Izarra has over 25 years of experience in implementation of processes and information technology solutions in the industry of Life Sciences in Brazil and Latin America.
Mr. Izarra is currently acting as a business partner focused on continuous process improvement through efficiency programs and business analysis.
Mr. Izarra has experience in deploying Regional Shared Services and Solutions having experience in matrix structures;
as well as experience in conducting and implementing computer systems validation and qualification of IT infrastructure to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies in Brazil, and regulatory agencies in Latin America.
Mr. Izarra has strong orientation towards the development of human capital through knowledge management, and leadership of people, in a cultural diversity environment.
Mr. Izarra also has experience in training and skills related to Project Management (PMBOK), Validation of Computerized Systems (GAMP5), and Business Analysis (BABOK).
He has a systems Engineer degree from – Universidad de Los Andes, Mérida, Venezuela, and MBA in Business Management for Executives, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo, Brasil.
