Alan Richter, an AVP in the Statistics and Quantitative Sciences group at Eli Lilly and Company, supports Process and Formulations Develop, Quality Control, Bioanalytical Sciences and Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences groups. Alan has over 20 years’ experience as a applied statistician, the10 most recent working in the areas of the development and manufacture of monoclonal antibodies. His experiences include process and test method development and validation, stability analysis, statistical process monitoring and the setting of clinical and commercial specifications.
Prior to joining Lilly in 2004, Alan worked in consumer products R&D at Reckitt Benckiser and Colgate-Palmolive and photolithographic process development at Eastman Kodak. He is an inventor on 7 U.S. patents related to novel disinfectant cleaning compositions.
Alan received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Chemistry from Drexel University, a Master of Science degree in Material Science & Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Statistics from Rutgers University.
