Alan has over 26 years’ experience in the Pharma and Bio Pharma manufacturing industry and has held roles in Validation, Project Engineering, Manufacturing Systems and Engineering Leadership. He is currently Global Director for Systems Architecture and Digital Solutions for new sites in J&J Innovative Medicine. Alan is a committee member of the ISPE Ireland section 4IR group.
Prior to Janssen, Alan worked in Ireland for Project Management Group and AVE/Medtronic.
He earned his BEng & Meng in Mechanical Engineering from Munster Technological University (formerly Cork Institute of Technology, CIT).
Alan lives in Cork, Ireland with his wife, Rachael, and 2 daughters, Freya & Nellie.
