Sr. Associate Scientist, Analytical Development
Agnes Lin is a Senior Associate Scientist in Analytical Development at bluebird bio. She is currently responsible for gene therapy potency assay activities from late-stage development through qualification and technology transfer. Ever since joining bluebird bio in 2017, she has been working on gene therapy for blood disorders and CAR-T therapy for oncology to support regulatory filings, including contracting lab management and critical quality attribute impurity testings by ELISA and HPLC. She is also an active member in diversity and inclusion groups at bluebird bio to foster awareness in equality across various populations.

Prior to bluebird bio, Agnes had worked at WuXi AppTec in Virology and Quality Control in GLP and cGMP labs where she maintained high quality virus production for viral clearance studies and ensured on time delivery of drug product release and stability testings. She received a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA in 2014 and a Bachelor of Science from the National Yang Ming University in Taipei, Taiwan in 2011.
