Lindsey Daniel, PE, serves as the Product Operations Strategy and Business Lead within Strategy and Business Excellence at Takeda. In her role, she leads product strategy and tactical plan deployment by facilitating the development and implementation of business processes to enable Product Operations to provide best-in-class performance, unlock value, and drive transformation. Her career has spanned over 12 years leading global engineering and product teams ensuring a right first-time and patient-centric approach. Lindsey has been engaged with ISPE for over 12 years and has served on multiple boards and leadership positions including the San Diego Chapter, Midwest Chapter, International Young Professional Chair, International Women in Pharma Committee, Biotechnology COP, and the Facility of the Future Planning Committee. Lindsey holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Vanderbilt. Outside of work, Lindsey is a mother of two children and enjoys riding horses on her family farm and competing in Ironman triathlon races.
