Steve Chapman

Steve Chapman has spent the last 30 years designing, developing, installing and commissioning industrial automation and control systems in the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage and Advanced-Technology manufacturing industries. He leads Design Group's Automation and Information Solutions initiative for the Life Sciences market segment. Steve's daily responsibilities include directing and managing projects that incorporate engineering, design and programming of automated manufacturing and information systems. Steve has a technical background in automation and data collection system design for biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing processes and spent much of his early career performing system integration and project management. Steve has spent numerous hours supporting commissioning and qualification of various manufacturing operations and often reflects on his past experiences and lessons learned.
