Bill manages a team of Subject Matter Experts accountable for Design and Technical Content of the Corporate BMS Design Standards, Quality Policies and Procedures for the following discipline areas: Architecture, Process & Facility Utilities, HVAC, MEP/FP, Automation Systems, C&Q and BIM/VDC. Bill has been working for Bristol Myers Squibb since 2003 and previous to that held several engineering level positions with Fluor Corporation. Bill holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University and is a registered Professional Engineer, member of AHSRAE, ISPE and Co-Author of the ISPE Good Practice Guide: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
