Pamela Paddock

Pam Paddock is a transformational life sciences leader at JLL. As a key leader responsible for 50% of JLL's Americas-based Life Science business, Pam has been instrumental in driving highly differentiated service solutions across various sub-sectors, creating flexible, agile, and scalable solutions crucial for navigating industry fluctuations. Her leadership has resulted in the development of differentiating delivery models, including a Performance and Business Intelligence Platform which improves ROI for clients and account teams through data governance and business intelligence. Prior to joining JLL, Pam developed and managed major capital improvement projects and new construction for Columbia University. Pam earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in real estate finance from Columbia University, a B.A. from Smith College and holds a degree in Building Construction Management from New York University. Pam graduated from the Women Unlimited LEAD Program in 2013 and Leading Women Executives in 2023.
