Kim has over 20 years of experience in software technology with extensive experience analyzing business problems and applying technology to bring the most business value in different industries, including Biotechnology and Life Sciences. Kim serves as the VOC for DeltaV PKM, capturing Business Requirements and translating them into Technical Requirements, coordination with Technology and Business teams for the release of groundbreaking software. Kim has a Master’s in Education Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Adult Learning, University of Phoenix and a bachelors in English Literature and Communications, University of Wisconsin at Madison.
