Susan has a passion for helping patients. She has worked for Amgen for almost 9 years, starting in the Australia and New Zealand businesses and then moving to her current role as Regional Supply Chain Lead for South East Asia, Hong Kong and India. She leads strategy, staff and supply chain execution for 8 countries.
Prior to working with Amgen, Susan lived in Canada, where she held roles of increasing responsibility at Genpharm Inc and Roche in Toronto, before joining QLT Inc (now Novelion Therapeutics Inc), in Vancouver.
Susan has proven expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Management, including Supply Chain design; Demand and Supply planning; Sourcing; Integrated Business Planning; Business Process Improvement; Business Continuity Planning, SAP implementation; Digital tool development; LSP management; Contract Manufacturer oversight; Controlled Environment logistics; Air to Ocean freight conversion and operations; Global Trade; and GxP.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Materials Management from the University of South Australia and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSP).
