Chervee is a dedicated leader with a passion for advancing healthcare across APAC. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, she is skilled in developing and executing “Go-to-Market” and “Commercialization” strategies that empower cross-border teams to make an impact. Her career journey includes establishing sales offices and operations across Asia Pacific, where she has built and nurtured diverse teams that bring together a rich variety of cultural and educational backgrounds. Chervee’s expertise spans clinical and commercial manufacturing, in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products, and innovative cold chain solutions, all contributing to her belief in the power of collaboration and purpose-driven work. With an honors degree in Biotechnology from University of Putra Malaysia and a Global Management Certificate from INSEAD, Chervee’s approach combines strong scientific knowledge with global management insights.
