Rod Hoffman is a passionate advocate and implementer of integrated IT/OT manufacturing platforms, and leader of a diverse and globally dispersed team of IT/OT professionals.Rod is known for a keen ability to partner with business leaders, process engineers and staff on the shop floor, to drive value from MES, Historian and OT technologies while aligning on business process standards and strategic business benefits. He has an active role within ISPE Pharma 4.0 CoP – Plug & Produce working group, leading the workstream MTP4ISPE.
