Stephanie Grant

Stephanie Grant is the Business Development Lead for DPR Construction, supporting the NJ/PA Business Unit. With over 18 years of experience, she is a proven business development professional, specializing in driving complex technical solutions by building credibility, cultivating relationships, managing key accounts, and providing technical proposal support. Prior to DPR, Steph was CRB’s Director of Business Development, supporting the PA and NJ Offices, as well as Kinetics’ Vice President of Business Development, responsible for driving strategic sales growth with major biopharmaceutical, microelectronics, and advanced technology clients. She has a BS, in Mechanical Engineering, Union College, NY and Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics) from the University of Pennsylvania. Steph is a member of ISPE, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and Professional Women in Construction (PWIC).
