According to the recently released Women in the Workplace study by McKinsey, women remain under represented in the management pipeline and are less likely to be promoted. Women of color face additional barriers. To succeed, women in pharma must develop critical leadership skills to earn credibility, negotiate for resources and manage organizational politics. In this seminar participants will learn practical and valuable leadership strategies to help take their careers to the next level. This seminar breaks down three (3) Leadership Strategies—Show Up, Speak Up and Step Up— to help women to lead effectively both personally and professionally. Learning objectives

Include:

  • Discover how to establish credibility in the workplace;
  • Learn to communicate with confidence both upward and across an organization;
  • Explore ways to increase one’s visibility and establish a reputation as a leader;
