All Submitters, Speakers, Co-Speakers, Panelists, and Poster Presenters must confirm that you have read, and you agree to the statements outlined below.
• ISPE is committed to providing non-commercial, unbiased education. Speakers are expected to use their industry experience as a reference for education, including direct examples. At no time should that use of experience or reference imply an endorsement or suggest a commercial intent. I confirm that my presentation(s) and/or participation will be content-focused and commercial free.
• I grant permission to ISPE to use my name, title, company affiliation, photo, and professional bio for the promotion of the program and my presentation(s).
• I agree that ISPE is not responsible for content posted by third parties via social media.
• I understand and agree that ISPE reserves the right, to the extent permitted under applicable law, to retain and monitor all electronic communications.
• I agree to meet target due dates for all deliverables (including the draft presentation ppt or poster) as outlined. If for any reason, I am not able to meet the deliverable due dates, I agree to notify ISPE prior to the due date.
• I agree to assist ISPE in finding a replacement if I am unable to participate.
• I understand that I am required to use the designated ISPE Conference PowerPoint/Poster Template provided to me, unless I am a Regulator, FOYA Category Winner, or Keynote Speaker.
• I agree to limit the placement of my company logo to the first and last slides or in one corner of my poster.
• I agree to use an appropriate background when recording my presentation for a virtual conference. That may be either a background provided by ISPE or a non-company-branded background.
• I grant ISPE permission to use my presentation for the education program in which I am participating, other ISPE education programs, and related outreach, promotional, or archival activities, including digital media such as live-streaming, video recording, photos, etc.
• I agree to allow ISPE to electronically post a secure .pdf of my presentation and to produce related conference materials.
• Any presentation(s) and accompanying documents contain either original materials or material owned by other authors from whom I have obtained permission. I take responsibility for materials I use and for following applicable copyright laws.
• Unless otherwise disclosed, the statements made by me represent my own opinions and not necessarily those of the organization I represent, nor those of ISPE.
• I agree to refrain from using my presentation(s) for the purpose of marketing/selling products and/or services.
