ISPE Student/Recent Graduate Grant Request

Eligibility:

Must be 18 years old or older.
Current student or graduate within 1 - 5 years of graduation.
Participants cannot receive 2 consecutive travel grants. (Example: If a student was awarded a Student Travel Grant for the 2022 ISPE European Annual Conference, they would not be eligible to receive a travel grant for the ISPE European Annual Conference the next year)
As part of your application, you must either fill out the W-9 if you reside within the United States or W-8BEN if you reside outside the United States. Your application will not be considered without this.
As part of your application, you must fill out and include with your submission the 'ISPE Grant Release and Waiver.'
As part of your application, you must submit a CV/Resume.

Disbursements will be made to fund Student members and Recent Graduates for the 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo.

It is important for all applicants to realize that the grants received from ISPE are given with the understanding that such funds are to be used only for the purposes stated in their grant application.

In the event that circumstances preclude the recipient from using the grant money to carry out its intended purpose, recipients are required to notify ISPE at nominations@ispe.org. If ISPE decides that such alternate use is not within its mission, the recipient will be required to return the money to ISPE.

As a condition of receipt of the ISPE Student/Recent Graduate Grant, recipients are required to submit a report detailing how the grant was utilized within sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the event. This report should summarize your attendance and the benefits you received as a result of your attendance.

Applicants will be ineligible for future grants if the grant utilization report is not received within this time frame.

As a condition of receipt of the ISPE Student/Recent Graduate Grant, recipients are required to submit an ISPE Grant Release & Waiver and fill out a W-9 (United States recipients) or a W-8BEN if you reside outside the United States.
