Synopsis and Facilitators:
Join us for a discussion on the Future of Capital Projects: Types of Projects, Who Will be Executing them, and How.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend two of three sessions listed below:

  • Session 1: Future Projects: Types of projects the industry will be doing in the future: A discussion of modular installations, single use systems, personalized medicine, and continuous manufacturing.
  • Session 2: Team Diversity: A conversation about forming diverse teams, attracting talent, and inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in STEM.
  • Session 3: Work Practices: Project delivery work practices and the use of new technology to meet the demands of precision, speed, and cost: Sample topics include use of BIM, LEAN pull planning, drones for surveying, 360 Videos, and Augmented / Virtual reality.
