Diya Patel is a graduate student studying at University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), pursuing Masters in Professional Studies in Biotechnology. She holds a BS in Biotechnology from India. She has hands-on research experience in cell culture and nanoparticles. She is passionate to be a scientist in the field of Biotechnology and Biopharmaceutical with focus on enhancing the health and wellness of communities through her research outcomes.
