Andrew has 20 years experience in the design, construction, commissioning/validation and operation of a wide range high tech facilities, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, high containment, industrial cleanroom and specialist research facilities. This experience extends to facility layout, building fabric design, construction techniques, utilities such as HVAC and purified water, process equipment and project management and encompasses all aspects of FDA, EU-TGA-PIC/s and associated regulations, local and international standards and general quality practices.
He has been a member of ISPE for 18 years and is past president.
In addition he is the Independent Chair ME-060 (Controlled Environments) for the Australian Standards and the Australian representative and recognised expert for ISO Technical Committee (TC)-209 – governing body of the ISO 14644 set of cleanroom standards.
