With a diverse background in electronic and computer engineering, metallurgy and control systems, Jonathan’s industry experience includes roles at Exxaro Resources (South Africa), UCB Pharma S.A. (Belgium), and at Pfizer Ltd (U.K.) as a Senior Solution Architect, Head of Computational Sciences, and Formulation and Process Design Process Modeller.
His research interests and expertise lie in the application of advanced modelling and control systems, having published several papers and a Ph.D. thesis. He holds a Ph.D., M.Eng, and B.Eng from University of Pretoria, South Africa, as well as a B.Sc in Metallurgy.
