About Operational Excellence (OpEx) SIG
This SIG group brings professionals together with a common interest in Operational Excellence, lean and 6σ concepts and solutions. They organize 2 à 3 events per year, combining workshop, site visit, and networking opportunities together.
In the past, they did successful workshops about lean transformation and manufacturing agility (February 2017, GSK), strategic alignment for continuous improvement projects (June 2017, Catalent), performance management and maturity in QC (May 2018, GSK), operational excellence in the supply chain (January 2019, Pfizer).
