TICKET PRICING AND SPONSORSHIPS:

Gala Premier Sponsor (1 available) - $2,000

  • Company's Logo will be printed on the name badges.
  • A "Thank You" poster with company's logo will be located by the center stage during the reception.
  • VIP Seating - A Reserved Table for 10, premier location on the dance floor and your choice of who gets to sit at your table (there will be assigned seats for everyone else). An elegant sign with your company's name and logo will also be displayed on the table.
    • Please note: Ticket price is not included with this sponsorship; all VIP guests will still need to have purchased an entrance ticket.

VIP Tables (3 available) - $350

  • A Reserved Table for 10, preferred location on the dance floor and your choice of who gets to sit at your table (there will be assigned seats for everyone else). An elegant sign with your company's name and logo will also be displayed on the table.


Door Prizes (8 available) - $150

  • All Door Prize sponsors will have their company logo displayed on a poster which will be located near the Door Prize table; custom thank you cards with company's logo will be attached to each door prize. 
     

Cocktail Hour (2 available) - $1,000

  • A "Thank You" poster with company's logo will be displayed at the appetizer stations during cocktail hour. Customized napkins with company's logo will be handed out with the passed hors d'oeuvres and located at the appetizer stations during the event. Post cocktail hour, the napkins will be also utilized at the bars during the reception.
     

Dessert Bar (1 available) - $500

  • A "Thank You" poster with company's logo will be displayed at  Dessert Station/Coffee Bar after dinner. In addition, a thank you announcement to the sponsoring company will be announced by the band over the sound system when they let attendees know that "dessert is served.

Signature Cocktail (1 available) - $750

  • A "Thank You" picture frame will be displayed on bar areas with signature drink name and company logo displayed - during both the reception and the cocktail hour. An additional mention over the sound system will take place during the reception, which will encourage attendees to sample the signature cocktail.
     

Coat Check Room (1 available) - $300

  • A "Thank You" poster with company logo will be displayed at the coat check entrance (adjacent to the elevator which all guests will pass to enter the event). This poster will have clear visibility to all attendees, regardless of whether or not they utilize the coat check services.

This year's plated dinner menu will be comprised of  "Land and Sea Combo" options and each guest will select their choice of entrée once seated at their table (no advance ordering via this registration page will be necessary).  

If you or your guest have any special dietary restrictions, please be sure to mention those in the drop-down menu when completing your ticket purchase.

A few tips from the hotel: Ignore the auto-populated dates that appear when the calendar portion appears. You will need to manually select your check-in date and check-out date via the boxes on the calendar. Even though the date after your event says 'No Availability' you may still select this date as your checkout. Book via a computer on Google Chrome; the website is not great on cell phones. Cut-off date for group reservations is December 15th.
