The ISPE UK Balance in Pharma lead is Dr Ranna Eardley-Patel, who is a practising engineering consultant with a doctorate in biochemical engineering and bioprocess leadership. Ranna is a volunteer for the ISPE UK Affiliate who has worked on many international biopharma projects whilst being a long-time advocate of diversity and inclusivity in science and engineering
