Adrianna works with leaders to drive tangible results, using a holistic approach that combines assessment data and skill development to promote lasting change. She holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University, is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, and earned an M.S. in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching.
