Linda Evans O’Connor, VP & Chief of Staff at Lachman Consultants, has extensive experience in quality management systems and regulatory inspection preparation including liaison with FDA and DEA, served as VP, Supplier Quality Management for Teva Pharmaceuticals, and holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University, and a BS in Biochemistry and Toxicology from Carnegie Mellon University.

Sally Dyer, Sr. Director, Site Operations and Site Head for AstraZeneca Colorado, has over 23 years of biopharmaceutical experience with AstraZeneca PLP and Amgen, Inc., including new facility start-up projects in Colorado, Puerto Rico and Singapore, and holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Davis.

Mary Beth Gibson, Sr. Director of Facilities and Engineering with Agilent Technologies (responsible for both the Frederick and Boulder sites), has over 27 years of experience covering drug development through release of Drug Product worldwide, focusing primarily on Engineering and Quality Assurance, and holds a MS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
