Meet the ISPE Staff: Audrey Ballash

Tell us about your role at ISPE: What do you do each day?

At ISPE, I support our financial operations through Accounts Payable. I’m the go-to person for any invoice or payment-related questions. I receive and process all invoices and payments from both internal staff and external vendors, making sure everything is accurate and paid in a timely manner.

What do you love about your job?

What I love most about my job is the collaborative environment. I genuinely enjoy working with my coworkers—they’re supportive and always willing to lend a hand when needed. That sense of teamwork makes even challenging days feel manageable and reinforces how much I value being part of a group that works toward shared goals.

What do you like to do when you are not at work?

When I’m not at work, I love diving into home renovation projects. My fiancé and I recently bought a house and turning it into our forever home has become one of my favorite pastimes. We’re always working on a new project, and it’s been such a fun experience to build something together. When we aren’t busy with home projects, you can find me in the kitchen baking new desserts or trying out different dinner recipes.
