To honor this moment, ISPE launched the Submit Your ISPE Story campaign, inviting members to share personal experiences that illustrate the value of belonging to the Society. The campaign also welcomed nonmembers to share why they aspire to join ISPE, reinforcing the organization’s spirit of collaboration and inclusion. From these submissions, select stories were recognized with a complimentary one-year ISPE membership or renewal.
One of those recognized voices is Neha Pandya, of TG Therapeutics, a member of ISPE’s New Jersey Chapter and a GAMP® Community of Practice Steering Committee member. Neha’s story stood out for its thoughtful reflection on connection, accessibility, and the power of open dialogue within ISPE. Her experience illustrates how ISPE brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds to exchange knowledge, embrace innovation, and collectively strengthen pharmaceutical manufacturing excellence.
In the testimonial below, Neha reflects on a defining moment from the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo, an experience that reaffirmed her commitment to ISPE after more than a decade of membership. Her perspective highlights not only the value of global networking and forward-looking discussions, but also the importance of engaged leadership and a shared mission. Together, these elements demonstrate why ISPE continues to be a trusted home for professionals striving to make a meaningful impact across the industry.
Neha Pandya on Reaffirming the Value of ISPE Through Shared Experience
One of my most memorable ISPE moments comes from the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina—an experience that reinforced the value of this global community.
The 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo brought together passionate professionals and regulatory leaders, creating an environment rich in collaboration and forward-looking dialogue. Engaging with like-minded peers and discussing advancements in pharmaceutical technologies highlighted ISPE’s core strengths: connection, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Interacting with professionals from diverse backgrounds, all aligned toward innovation and quality, reinforced that meaningful progress in our field depends on collective expertise and open exchange.
A particularly notable moment was the opportunity to meet Mike Martin, President and CEO of ISPE. What stood out was not the title, but the genuine openness and commitment to advancing the industry. The interaction felt less like a formal introduction and more like a substantive exchange focused on improving pharmaceutical manufacturing and patient outcomes. It also highlights that ISPE leadership remains accessible and actively engaged with its members.
Reflecting on this experience, it stands out as both a highlight of the event and a reminder of why I have valued being part of ISPE for the past decade. It continues to motivate me to stay engaged and contribute to the ongoing evolution of ISPE community!
