1. Please briefly share the vision you see for ISPE’s future, especially as it relates to our current strategic vision, pillars, and core values.
I believe ISPE plays a vital role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing and I am committed to contributing with my global perspective, strategic mindset, and result-driven approach to advance our collective mission. My vision is to strengthen the bridge between engineering innovation and patient outcomes, ensuring that our profession receives the recognition it deserves as a cornerstone of pharmaceutical care delivery. Together, we can elevate engineering impact on global health and patient lives.
2. Please provide a brief description of your ISPE volunteer career.
I have been part of the ISPE community for several years and my volunteer engagement has grown steadily over time. Since 2019, I have been proud to serve as a judge member of the ISPE Facility of the Year Awards (FOYA), which has given me a privileged view of the most innovative and inspiring pharmaceutical facilities around the world.
For the past three years, I have also served as a Board Member for the ISPE France Affiliate, contributing to the development of our local community, strengthening connections between members, and promoting ISPE’s mission at the national level. This journey has deepened my commitment to ISPE’s value and fueled my desire to contribute at the broader and global level.
3. Please provide a brief description of your industry experience.
I bring almost 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, built across multiple countries, starting in Italy, then England, Belgium, and now back in France with Sanofi, where I serve as Head of Global Engineering and Maintenance for manufacturing and supply.
Throughout my career, I have held both local and global roles, always grounded in operations. This international journey has given me a truly global perspective of pharmaceutical manufacturing—understanding the cultural, regulatory, and operational nuances that make each environment unique, while maintaining a constant focus: delivering excellence in service of patients. The breadth of experience, spanning geographies, scales, and challenges, is what I hope to bring to the ISPE Board of Directors. Thank you.
