The Women in Pharma® community recognizes that today’s professionals face challenges not only in the lab or on the manufacturing floor, but also within themselves—especially when it comes to career reinvention, self-doubt, and visibility. That’s why “From Imposter to Impact: Reinventing Your Career with Confidence,” a workshop powered and led by Women in Pharma, promises to be a powerful catalyst for growth, courage, and career clarity. The workshop will take place at the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo, taking place 26–29 October in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
An Afternoon of Reflection, Reinvention, and Rising Confidence
The Women in Pharma-led workshop will take place from 1:00–4:00 PM, on Sunday, 26 October. Attendees will gather for an immersive 3-hour experience.
Led by Charlotte-based executive coach and leadership expert Jessica Bronzert, Founder and CEO of The Sparks Group, the workshop will provide leadership insights, interactive discussions, and a dynamic panel discussion. Bronzert will draw on insights from the acclaimed books Working Identity by Herminia Ibarra and Finding Your Own North Star by Martha Beck to encourage participants to reflect on their career trajectories and inspire them to take strategic steps that aligns with their overall career goals.
This workshop is helpful for anyone interested in reimagining their career paths—from those simply wanting to reclaim confidence to professionals looking to navigate an inflection point in their career with more clarity. The session is designed to help attendees shift from feeling stuck to stepping boldly into their next chapters.
