Wilma Langeler-Magis has 12 years of experience in the industry. She started her pharmaceutical career at Genzyme where she worked on various projects including providing international support to countries that were implementing the company Incident Management process.

Wilma joined Sanofi Global Quality in 2012 and is currently Global Head of Quality Strategy & Culture. She works between Paris, France and the Netherlands where she lives. She leads organizational transformation programs and various teams working on strategic project management, communication, learning and quality strategy.

Wilma enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment, managing people, and leading strategic projects. She also gets satisfaction from driving changes through the organization to sustainable and pragmatic implementation at site level with the full support of local management.

Wilma has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration which she obtained in the Netherlands and is also a Certified Business Resilience Manager.
