Shruti Gour

Shruti Gour has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 8 years in roles of increasing responsibility. She enjoys her current role as a Manager in Technical Operations at Vertex Pharmaceuticals working with the continuous manufacturing process. Prior to joining Vertex, Shruti worked in several formulation development groups in big pharma for over 5 years. She leverages her education and experience as a formulation scientist to solve issues related to commercial manufacture of drug products at multiple contract manufacturing organizations. Shruti holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia. When she isn’t working, you will find Shruti planning her next vacation, playing with her newborn son or on the beach, reading a book.
