Validation Engineer
Rohith Erukulla is a Validation Engineer at Valsource with over five years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. He specializes in risk-based validation approaches aligned with ASTM E2500, FDA, and cGMP requirements.
Rohith has supported validation and commissioning of systems including autoclaves, clean steam generators, controlled temperature units (CTUs), and environmental monitoring systems, with experience in aseptic processing, sterilization validation, and airflow visualization studies.
He is actively involved in project delivery activities such as FAT/SAT, system walkdowns, and turnover management to support facility start-up. Rohith is passionate about advancing the pharmaceutical industry and driving innovation through AI-enabled CQV and Validation 4.0 practices.
He holds a Master of Science degree and Lean Degree and is an active member of ISPE and ASQ. His certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, White Belt), AutoCAD Certified Professional, and 35 PDU project management professional exam prep training, and he is currently aiming for PMP.
