Paul T. Chiu, PE

Paul Chiu currently provides leadership and support to Pfizer Global Supply Chain facilities in Asia with their capital investments, manufacturing technology and engineering operations for best practice performance and product supply assurance. He has over 30 years of capital and operational engineering experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. His capital project experience spans across the entire spectrum of pharmaceutical manufacturing platforms, from fine chemical and API, various drug product technologies, to biological and aseptic processes, as well as R&D, environmental, logistic and commercial facilities. He has worked globally in various parts of the world, from US to Europe to Asia to Australia. He is especially adaptive to working in different geographical regions, cultures and languages, with over 10+ years of multiple assignments based at overseas locations. His China experience dated back to a new penicillin API manufacturing facility in China in 1990. He is currently based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Paul graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of Pennsylvania with Master and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering respectively, and Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.
