Britt Petty is Director Biologics Manufacturing at Biogen in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Britt has worked internationally for the previous 13 years in both Europe and Puerto Rico and has over 20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology process engineering, utilities, manufacturing and capital project management. Prior to Biogen, he held leadership positions with Amgen and Eli Lilly and Company. Britt Petty has a successful record leading Engineering and Manufacturing teams and managing complex capital projects from conceptual design through construction, start-up and Validation.

He is an ISPE Member and currently serves as Chair of the ISPE Biotechnology Strategic Steering Committee and was the keynote speaker for the 2013 ISPE Biotechnology Conference in Strasbourg, France. Britt Petty holds a BSME Mechanical Engineering degree from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA International Business from the University of North Carolina.
