Mikkel Wilmann

Mikkel Wilmann is Associate Director at Novo Nordisk, where he works with the management and development of skilled technical employees, planning of maintenance activities, and organizing daily operational activities. His scope includes revision of work orders, deviations, change and risk management, qualification, and preparation of maintenance strategy for production equipment, utility, and laboratory equipment, in close collaboration with large-scale production, QC, and QA functions across the pharma/biotechnology industry. He joined Novo Nordisk in 2024 as Manager before progressing to Senior Manager and, since January 2026, Associate Director. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Mikkel spent over five years at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, progressing from Supervisor to Senior Supervisor to Manager, Utility Maintenance, building deep operational experience in utility maintenance, project engineering, and leadership within large-scale biomanufacturing.
