Michael is a senior executive and board member with more than 30 years across the bio/life-sciences and glass-technology industries in Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Belgium, and Ireland. Before Eliquent, he held global leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Janssen, including Global Head of Technology Strategy & Operations and Worldwide VP of IT for manufacturing, sourcing, and tech operations. His expertise spans IT strategy and governance, computer system validation and assurance (US FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11), data integrity (ALCOA+), and large-scale digital transformation across supply chain, manufacturing, and quality. Trained in IT law, he brings a sharp read on the EU regulatory landscape — the AI Act, data-governance rules, and the draft GMP Annex 22 — that anchors where AI is allowed in GxP and where the human must stay.
