With 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Mark leads enterprise-level project controls strategy and delivery for multiple business units and affiliated ventures, supporting large-scale laboratory, manufacturing, and corporate facility investments across the United States.
In his role, Mark oversees portfolio-level cost, schedule, and risk governance, aligning controls frameworks across simultaneous programs to drive forecasting accuracy, transparency, and executive decision support. He partners directly with client leadership, engineering teams, and construction management organizations to implement scalable reporting structures, quantitative risk methodologies, earned value systems, and change management processes that strengthen capital performance outcomes.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and is an active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
