Currently, Kaye oversees Diversity and Inclusion for the Pharma Services Group. This is a newly created role to have a keen focus on acquiring diverse talent while also creating an environment of inclusion and belonging. Some highlights of this role will be increasing diversity hiring at the Dir+ roles as well as retaining diverse talent at the Manager/Sr Manager level and lastly, creating an environment that promotes the self-education of the importance of inclusion.

Prior to coming Thermo Fisher, she oversaw Walmart Technology Talent Strategy, Operations and STEM. In this role she has responsibility for acquisition and management of technology and data analytics talent. She was also responsible for developing and executing on Walmart’s STEM strategy. Along with the technology talent strategy role, Kaye oversaw Global Campus Relations and Diversity for Walmart Inc. Kaye has done extensive work understanding how to recruit minority and female talent. This research led to specific branding and messaging of Walmart’s employment value proposition as well as creating an environment that retains minority and female talent.

Kaye has a BA in Communications and is Six Sigma certified in LEAN
