Jonathan Burd, B.Pharm

Originally a Pharmacist by training I have been working with Content and Process management software in the Life Science (LS) industries for the last 20years. I work mostly in the space between the users and the product development teams to understand, and where necessary, translate requirements to enable them to be met with automated systems. I am particularly interested in how we can create systems which can have high adoption levels with users and become integrated into their everyday working lives as it is that time after implementation which is often more challenging.
I have worked for companies offering systems across all of the major platforms and now work as an independent consultant helping companies through their journey to establish new systems or replace outdated ones.
