John is an experienced Asset Management subject matter expert with 25 years of experience in multiple industries including serving in the United States Navy Submarine Nuclear Power Program before his tenure in consulting. John supports organizations with developing their Design for Reliability (DfR) programs and toolkits to provide value by significantly reducing the overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). By applying Front End Planning (FEP) best practices, integrating Life Cycle Costing (LCC), stakeholder specifications, standards & experience during the concept and design phases of the capital project process, these programs have proven to be strategic differentiators for the companies who have embraced them. John specializes in Predictive Technologies, trained in vibration analysis, thermography, and acoustic emission (UE), John has significant PdM/CBM program development, integration, execution, audit, and continuous improvement experience. John supported one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical plants as its reliability engineer, executing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Failure Analysis. John is a successful change agent that implements improvements through asset, system, and process knowledge. Developing deep relationships, John leverages his experience to build floor level improvements from system level conceptual ideas.
