John C. Lewis, PE

John Lewis has over 30 years experience in process engineering in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked in operations and project management at Mallinckrodt Chemical. He went into engineering consulting at O’Neal Engineering, where he was the Process Discipline Leader in the pharmaceutical office (Raleigh). He has worked on many projects to modify or build new pharmaceutical facilities in sterile, biological, and solid dosage areas. He worked for NNE Pharmaplan as the Manager of Process and Mechanical Engineering for North America, for DPS in Process Consulting, and for Gannett Fleming as Area Manager for Facilities Design. He is currently Director, Process Technologist in the Global Strategy and Technology group at IPS. John has a chemical engineering degree from NC State, and an MBA from Duke University. He is a registered engineer in several states.
