Joe is a Senior Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including 6 years in Cell & Gene Therapy. He has held multiple leadership roles across CQV, operational readiness, and program management, successfully guiding cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles. Joe brings deep expertise in tech transfer, process validation, cleaning validation, and portfolio management, with a strong foundation in GMP compliance and regulatory standards. At IPS, he leads the QCORe team, which focuses on Quality, Compliance, and Operational Readiness, helping clients achieve manufacturing excellence and regulatory alignment across diverse product platforms.
