Jennifer L. Brown is a Senior Director in the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls group within Global Regulatory Sciences at Pfizer Inc in Groton, CT. Jen and her team are responsible for CMC strategy for a global portfolio of investigational and commercial small molecule products. At Pfizer, Jen is currently a sponsor of the Excipients Council and is a member of the China Regulatory Network and Early Development Portfolio Management Group, and externally Jen chairs the ISPE Asia-Pacific Regulatory Focus Group. Jen received a B.S. in Chemistry from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and an M.S. in Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance from Temple University. Jen began her Pfizer career working summers in a manufacturing plant and in research before joining Pfizer as a colleague in Analytical R&D. Jen joined the Regulatory CMC group in 2000. Prior to joining Pfizer, Jen was a Peace Corps volunteer in Gabon, Central Africa, teaching middle school science, and Jen also served as a Pfizer Global Health Fellow, working at the Kakuma Refugee Camp in northern Kenya for several months in 2005.
