Start his career in France with J&J in a solid dose & oral liquid manufacturing plant where he has taken multiple roles mainly in the QA, process validation and production dept.
He joined Fresenius in 2005 as Production Director where he participate in transforming the site from manual bag filling technology to fully automated technology. In 2012, He has been appointed plant Manager of the Mexican plant in Guadalajara and in 2014, of the Melrose Park plant in Illinois, USA. Since 2016, Jean is leading the Expansion project of this site.
