Associate Director - Biologics
Hugh Jarman is Associate Director, Biologics within the Global MS&T Specialty team at STADA, where he provides technical stewardship and oversight across internal and external manufacturing partners, helping to drive operational performance and delivery across biologics programmes.
He brings broad experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and MS&T, with expertise spanning process validation, technology transfer, commercial readiness, and new product introduction.
Hugh began his career at Eli Lilly, supporting biologics launch and commercial readiness activities, before joining Lonza, where he focused on new product introduction within the CDMO environment. Prior to his current role, Hugh was Principal MSAT Scientist at Touchlight, contributing to the scale-up and commercialisation of the company’s novel synthetic DNA platform.
Hugh holds a BSc in Biotechnology with Management from Imperial College London and an MSc in Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL).
