Georges has an experience of over 25 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He started his career in a hospital as an Intern Biologist.
Before joining Novartis in March 2012, Georges was VP of Global Quality Strategy & Affiliates Quality with Pfizer. Prior to that, he worked at Wyeth, Schering Plough and Fisons.
He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Post-Graduate in Pharmacology and has attended the Advanced Management Program of INSEAD.
Georges’ main external activities include:
• For ICH : EFPIA Topic Leader for ICH Q10, for ICH Q IWG for Q8, 9 &10 and now for ICH IQDG and Expert for ICH Q12
• He is member of EFPIA TDOC and IFPMA RPTS (Regulatory Policy and Technical Standard)
• He is also member of the French Academy of Pharmacy
