Dimitri Woronoff is the co-founder and CEO of White Raven, a Belgium-based fill & finish CDMO focused on small to medium-sized batch manufacturing.
In this role, he built a multidisciplinary team, secured financing, and established strategic collaborations with industry leaders such as Cytiva. Under his leadership, White Raven achieved GMP certification in less than 18 months from initial concept, leveraging state-of-the-art gloveless robotic technology.
Dimitri brings extensive experience across the biopharmaceutical sector, with a strong focus on large-scale projects, sterile manufacturing, and GMP compliance. Prior to founding White Raven, he held senior project management roles at Shire, Cenexi, Delpharm, and Catalent, delivering complex technology transfers and managing large project budgets.
He is PMP-certified, a Certified LeSS Practitioner, and fluent in French, English, and Russian. Dimitri holds engineering degrees from UCLouvain and Ecole Centrale Paris.
