Cornelia Steinhauer, PhD, is a senior lab automation consultant with over 15 years of experience driving innovation across academia and life science industries. She has led complex automation and data integration projects at the intersection of lab process optimization and digital transformation, with a focus on R&D high-throughput technologies and quality control in regulated lab environments. Cornelia has held leadership roles at organizations such as Philip Morris International Life Science and the Biotech Research & Innovation Center (BRIC), where she established Denmark’s first national CRISPR screening core facility. Her work spans the development of modular automation platforms, LIMS integration, and the digital transformation of scientific operations. With a strong scientific background and experience in cross-functional project management, Cornelia brings a strategic, hands-on approach to implementing scalable solutions that bridge research, compliance, and technology.
