Brice helps pharma and biotech manufacturers turn complex facility investments into compliant, high-performing operations. Across more than fifteen years — including over a decade at Novartis spanning chemical API, solid dosage, biotech, and cell & gene therapies — he has led a broad portfolio of capital projects worldwide, from early feasibility through startup, and directed multiple FDA remediation and inspection-response efforts. Representative work includes a new large-scale plasma site design, a global Annex 1 aseptic filling modernization across the US, Europe, and Asia, and a standardized cell-therapy manufacturing concept deployed at three sites.
He is also the founder of Elev8labs, which builds AI software for both small businesses and regulated industries. That hands-on build experience shapes his view on AI in GMP: taking the grunt work off engineering and quality teams while keeping people firmly in charge of the decisions. He pairs deep technical credibility with a clear-eyed sense of what AI can, and can't yet, be trusted to do.
