Brian Cincera

Brian has global responsibility for Pfizer’s enterprise infrastructure platforms, IT operations and information security technology and risk management capabilities. In his role, Brian oversees strategy development, technology operations, infrastructure services lifecycle management, service desks, and delivery of site services at more than 500 Pfizer locations. As part of Pfizer’s Enterprise Risk Management program, Brian is responsible for leading its information security risk governance process including regular reporting to Pfizer’s executive leadership and Board of Directors. <br/><br/>
Brian is the Board Chairman for the Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (H-ISAC), the Department of Homeland Security affiliated entity for enhancing cybersecurity across the healthcare sector. Brian holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Penn State University and lives in Allentown, PA with his wife and two school-age daughters.
